RETURN & REFUND POLICY
-All sales and purchases are final. We do not process refunds for online purchases or shipping options.

 

SIZE CHANGE OR ADDRESS CHANGE
-Please send a email within 24 hours of purchasing email fitbykv@gmail.com titled SIZE CHANGE or ADDRESS CHANGE please include your first./last name and the size or address change and someone will reply to you shortly.

-If you receive your order and need a size change you have two business days to return it from the date in which it was delivered THE WAY IT WAS RECEIVED. We do not accept damaged or worn items. All items are carefully inspected. Please send merchandise to Geminiz Creationz 730 East F St Oakdale Ca. 95361.  Email geminizcreationz@gmail.com  titled SIZE REQUEST include your first/last name, tracking confirmation shipping address and the new size change.  We will carefully inspect the item and will send your order out within 1-5 business days. Please allow 1-5 business days for us to send back your item. 

 

SECOND SIZE EXCHANGE

- If for any reason you may need a second size exchange you will still have two business days to return your second item/s from the date in which it has been delivered. Please note that all size exchanges after your initial size exchange has a $10 fee.   

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Standard shipping takes 1-10 Business Days, All International shipping takes 7-14 Business days, if you haven't received your package buy the 7th day please contact us, tracking numbers are provided USPS and will be sent to the email that's listed on your invoice. We highly advise our customers to revise their order upon checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is the correct address that you want to receive your package at. We are not responsible for packages that were shipped out to the wrong address you provided.
